“No hoods or doors required, with a touch of fancy paint!” That ought to be the name of this event! Ha! I guess this is just how the Orlando drift scene gets down! Surely, Orlando Speed World, or the OSW has to take credit for being the cradle for most, if not all Floridian drifters currently participating in Formula Drift.

This track holds its history as one of the first tracks to cater to our sideway burnout fascination, ever since the early 2000s. For us, this was the first time in years that we’ve been to this track since the scene traversed toward Central Florida Racing Complex, or CRFC. This, however, has undergone a major change of pace, considering that CRFC has recently been forced to cease operations for reasons beyond my knowledge.
